    The ABDL Building, which features an adult-sized crib, high chair, rocking horse, changing table, and other purpose-built AB furniture, is a separate building and is NOT included in Airbnb rentals. Inquire via email about renting that space.

    Anyone renting our ABDL Spaces must agree to our strict dress code policy and wear plain clothes when in public. We’ve sat down with local law enforcement and community leaders to ensure our guests are respectful of the local community while providing safe private spaces where consenting adults can be their authentic selves.

Solo travelers. Couples. Families. Friends. Large Groups.

Our space is welcome to all races, religions, sexual orientations, backgrounds, etc.
Have a party, just be respectful to our neighbors and community as well as the property. The listing is set up to include two guests in the base price, then additional guests may be added for an additional fee. This is to reflect the investment made into the property for large groups to be able to stay; beds alone were $1600 per bunk bed set + $750-$2100 per mattress.
