There are 10 beds in the clubhouse + the RV and camping space

Property Infrastructure.
Internet.
2 ms ping! The ranch has fiber optic internet provided by a short 0.3mi wireless backhaul radio as well as SpaceX for redundancy with an enterprise-grade mesh Wi-Fi system across the property both indoor and outdoor.
Power.
There is 200 AMP to the property as well as a backup generator and UPS for all IoT devices, cameras, and the network. There are multiple 50 AMP RV and Tesla EV Charging hookups, as well as 4x 20 AMP circuits on the outside of the main building for people to connect into or hookup AV Equipment.
Water.
We have water and sewer hookups. Water is municipal from the Town of Goldfield.
Clubhouse.
A 1000sq foot clubhouse is now open. It features an air-conditioned indoor space including a private bedroom, a large kid’s room with 3 sets of bunk beds, and a full kitchen, and lounge/playroom.
Fire Truck.
1500 Gallons and yep it’s fully functional! In addition to storing multiple cases of padding and changing supplies, this fire truck is fun to climb onto and play fireman. We will be constructing a stage on its top deck in the fall of 2022.
Smart Deck.
Complete with 16,000 watts of overhead heating, 56’ of cooling misters, ceiling fans, and 30, 000 lumens spread across 20 RGB+W IoT smart lighting devices. Also couches, lounge chairs, BBQ’s and more!
